Work out for me(;

Height: 5'4
Starting weight: aprx. 119
Gw: 105
My main goal is to become more lean, keep up my healthy eating habits, keep up with intense workouts to become more lean. Find inspiration and motivation while also possibly providing motivation for anyone else.
This will consist of my progress, some meals, work outs, tips, recipes, and things I find motivating! (:
Short term goals:
110 by april 11th.
Develop and tone triceps
get 4 pack back
Tone inner thigh/ thiner by april 11th
run/ bike 200 miles before april 11th.
Long Term goals:
I would loooove to compete in a bikini/ figure competition by the time I'm 18.
I want to beat my high school's girls 5K record before I graduate. The record is 20:05 and my Pr is 21:24
I would like to cut out and completely avoid cereal (my major weakness)

Don’t hate any part of your body. Be happy that you actually have legs, thighs, or arms. Improve yourself, love yourself, but don’t resent yourself.
